The report is a comprehensive analysis of the research conducted between 2020 and 2023 in collaboration with key stakeholders and decision-makers in 11 countries of Central and Eastern Europe: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia. It also includes insights from Ukraine. It is a summary of 7,600 quantitative interviews and more than 230 meetings with representatives from private, public and social sectors. The accumulated knowledge was described from three perspectives: countries, target groups and knowledge areas.
